Mr. Crossley was Chief Operating Officer at AT&T for 40 years where he managed 60,000 employees and spearheaded AT&T’s international expansion. Mr. Crossley was Chief Operating Officer of SBC Advanced Solutions before SBC acquired AT&T. Mr. Crossley was the Chief Operating Officer at Salmon PCS LLC, a family owned business that held 40+ licenses covering over 231 million POP’s. Salmon PCS was later acquired by Cingular Wireless. Mr. Crossley was also the Chief Operating Officer of Operational Technologies with a San Antonio based Environmental, Supply Chain Management, EF&I and Information Technology services company.
Wilbur has over 30 years of Executive Management experience in the Communications and Technology industries. Mr. Crossley holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a B.S. degree in Natural Science from Mississippi Valley State University. Mr. Crossley completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Georgia with his graduate work being completed at the University of Texas at Arlington.
